Erik Bertrand's 7-under total included two of only five rounds under par throughout the whole event

GREENSBURG, Penn. (May 17, 2013) -- Erik Bertrand fired rounds of 67-70--137 to win by four shots over Sean Knapp at the 2013 Western Pennsylvania Golf Association Public Links Championship at Totteridge Golf Club. Bertrand's 7-under total included two of only five rounds under par throughout the whole event. Knapp shot 69 in Round 1 before a 72 in Round 2 put him out of contention. Robert Cimarolli was third with rounds of 74-70.
