Toby Tree wins 2nd straight Gauteng North Open

WINGATE PARK, S. Africa (Jan. 27, 2013) -- For the second straight year, Toby Tree has claimed the Gauteng North Amateur Open at Wingate Park Country Club.
Tree fired rounds of 72-67-21-21--281 to take the four-day event by a shot over Jason Smith, Haydn Porteous and Zander Lombard, who all tied for second place.
Tristen Strydom was fifth while Tertius Van Den Berg finished alone in sixth place.

72 hole stroke play championship with a cut
after 36 holes. Open to any male Amateur who is a full
member of a Golf Club
affiliated to a Union recognised by the S.A.G.A. and
who at the time of submitting this entry
shall have a handicap index of 4 or less.
