Chuck Gould and Bobby Bird defeated Daniel Owen and Brent Dorman on the first playoff hole

OCALA, Fla. (Sept. 16, 2012) -- Chuck Gould and Bobby Bird defeated Daniel Owen and Brent Dorman on the first playoff hole to win the 2012 FSGA Mid-Senior Four-Ball North Championship at Golden Ocala. The two teams finished the two-day event at 131 with the winners going 65-66 and the runners-up shooting 66-65 on the 6,731 par-72 track. Paul Caveny and John Gabler were two shots back in third place while Charles Bailes and Glen Davis finished fourth.

Gould/Bird take Fla. Mid-Sr. North in playoff

Teams of two, each 40 years of age and above, will compete in either the North or South Championship of 36 holes of four-ball stroke play. Must be age 40 or older and both entrants must be members of the FSGA.
