MEMPHIS, Tenn. (July 10, 2012) -- The world's leading shaft manufacturer, True Temper chalked up its 23rd win of the 2012 PGA TOUR season at The Greenbrier Classic, and the 17th win specifically for Dynamic Gold.

Playing Dynamic Gold X100, the 28-year-old rookie was four strokes off the lead on Sunday with only four holes to play, but consistency and accuracy delivered a strong six-under 64 finish forcing the tournament into an all-Dynamic Gold sudden death playoff. On the third hole of the playoff, the young champion sealed the deal for his first PGA TOUR win.

"Sudden-death playoffs are always exciting for the gallery, but they are especially tense for the players as every shot on every hole becomes absolutely crucial," says Scott Hennessy, president and CEO of True Temper Sports. "Dynamic Gold provides players with the highest level of performance and accuracy in golf today and its record on tour stands alone with wins week after week."

Truth in Numbers:

• True Temper 129 sets in play at the Greenbrier Classic; Nearest competitor 17

• Greenbrier Classic winner's bag: Dynamic Gold X100 in his irons

The Number One selling shaft in golf, Dynamic Gold is preferred by skilled players seeking a low, penetrating ball flight. Dynamic Gold has earned world-renown respect as the winningest shafts in the history of the game.
