VISALIA, Calif. (Mar. 24, 2012) -- Today was the first round of the Tulare County Championship played at Valley Oaks Golf Course. Dusty Diedrich took the lead with an blistering 8-under-par 64. Diedrich holds a 5-stroke lead over Brennan Amirkhizi who shot a 69. There is a five-way tie for third at 70 between Kevin O'Brien, Justin Dambunduning, Anthony Machi, Jeff Neely, and Cody Neal. Another group of five players sit at 71. Play continues with the final round on Sunday.
