MORGANTOWN, WV (August 5, 2010) – After two rounds of play Nicole Flood-Sawczyszyn held an almost insurmountable 7-stroke lead in the West Virginia Women’s Amateur Championship at the Pines Country Club in Morgantown, WV. Entries are open to female amateur golfers with an active GHIN Handicap Index through a WVGA Member Club. Format is 54-holes of stroke play. Upon conclusion of Round 2, players will be flighted. Each flight will have a gross winner and runner-up.
