Sharing the lead overnight, the Australians hit the right gear in the final round with all players finishing under par for the day. New South Welshman Cameron Davis fired his best round of the championship with a 6-under par 66 while Victorian Geoff Drakeford finished with a 5-under par 67. Queenslander Taylor MacDonald shot a 4-under par 68 while Queenslander Aaron Wilkin shot a 3-under par 69. It was Australia's tenth victory at the championship since it was first held in 1963. The Men's Asia-Pacific Teams Championship, or more commonly known as the Nomura Cup, is a biennial competition rotated among the Asia-Pacific region. Conducted by the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation, each team consists of four male players, contesting 18 holes of stroke play for four days. In each round, the total of the scores from each team constitutes the team score for the round. The four-day (72-hole) total is the teamís score for the championship.
