Two amateurs one back at Okla. Open
EDMOND, Okla. (Aug. 24, 2013) — After opening the Oklahoma Open with a remarkable 62, high school senior Thomas Johnson shot even-par 70 on Saturday, losing his two-stroke lead to Oscar Stark.
Stark shot 64 on Saturday, and will take a one-shot lead into Sunday's final round. He'll have to fend off two amateurs: Johnson, who has already committed to Oklahoma State University, and Matt Mabrey of Tulsa University.
Mabrey shot rounds of 68-64 to put himself in contention.
