The 113th
U.S. Amateur
Championship will be
held August 12-18 at The Country Club in
Brookline,
Mass. The qualifying process began in early
July and
ends July
30. All
told, there will be 98 qualifying locations with
all being
36 holes
of stroke play.

shirt. Jimmy Castles of Cupertino, Calif. took
the third and final qualifying spot, tying Ban
at
4-under. Notable players who failed to qualify
include: Patrick Burda, Hunter Rappleye,
Tyler
Raber and Ben Geyer.
